If a session needs to be rescheduled by the Wizard of Wivenhoe, as a gesture of good will, The Kuji Kiri course or the Technology of The Runes course will be gifted to the esteemed client and scheduled for a time of their choosing.
Cancellations and rescheduling are possible up to 24 hours before the appointments.
Within 24 hours after a healing session, if you are not perfectly satisfied with the service, a full refund will be issued upon request, no questions asked.
If an appointment is not rescheduled up to 24 hours before the session, or if the appointment is not attended, refunds will not be issued.
