If a session needs to be rescheduled by the Wizard of Wivenhoe, a full refund is issued and the new session will be free of charge.
Cancellations and rescheduling are possible up to 24 hours before the appointments.
Within 24 hours after a healing session, if you are not perfectly satisfied with the service, a full refund will be issued upon request, no questions asked.
If an appointment is not rescheduled up to 24 hours before the session, or if the appointment is not attended, refunds will not be issued.
